Refrigeration and freezing

Refrigeration and freezing and cameras and airtight facilities, built with “sandwich” panels of appropriate thickness, is equipped and special refrigeration equipment to provide the required temperature storage or freezing products and maintain it for a long time.

Sandwich panels are used to build wall partitions and suspended ceilings in refrigerators and freezers. The panels consist of two externally visible elements, with the filling of the internal space between them with heat-insulating material. The panels are assembled into a closed, airtight structure with fasteners.

Wall panels are mounted on a special adjustable base made of power metal or aluminum profile. Suspended ceiling panels are mounted using power elements to their existing design and the case or using wall designs and the room.

The joints between the panels are additionally sealed with high-quality one-component polyurethane foam and foam based on silicone.

Polyurethane foam filler panels are made in accordance with ДСТУ Б В.2.6-71:2008.

Special selection elements for installation of wall and ceiling panels

The elements are covered with powder paints, sintering method. The coating is characterized by surface hardness, resistance to treatment with disinfectant solutions, does not contribute to the formation of microcracks and the generation of microparticles from the working surface. The color of the coating can be selected according to the RAL colors for powder paint.
