Wall panels, such as “sandwich”, are used to build partitions between clean rooms. Wall panels consist of two externally visible elements, with the filling of the internal space between them with insulating material. The panels are assembled into a closed, airtight structure with the help of hidden fasteners. Structural units are designed in a hygienic design, do not have sharp corners, grooves, recesses, i.e. do not contribute to the accumulation of dust, harmful particles and bacteria. They are used for the needs of different types of manufacturing plants, different types of laboratories and various health care facilities. Wall panels are mounted on an adjustable base of power metal or aluminum profile, which provides for the formation of a transition between the floor and panels. The panels are made both solid and with built-in sealed windows. The double-glazed window has a tight design and is made along the thickness of the wall partition, without protruding elements. The design of the panels provides for the laying of hidden communications (electrical, plumbing, etc.), placement of sealed sockets and switches (with the degree of protection IP54). The joints between the panels are additionally sealed with a silicone-based sealant with guaranteed quality. Materials used for the production of panels – environmentally friendly. Panels with a filler from mineral wool are made according to: ТУ У В.2.6-13813756.001-99. Panels with filler from polyurethane foam are made according to: ДСТУ Б В.2.6-71:2008.

The main technical characteristics of wall panels

The elements are covered with powder paints, sintering method. The coating is characterized by surface hardness, resistance to treatment with disinfectant solutions, does not contribute to the formation of microcracks and the generation of microparticles from the working surface of the panel. The color of the coating can be selected according to the RAL colors for powder paint.
