Shielding metal doors are designed to localize electromagnetic radiation and the possibility of authorized access to shielded rooms. The set efficiency of shielding of doors of the screened room is provided by means of use of the special locking mechanism and an elastic current-carrying electromagnetic seal which provides long-term reliable electric contact on door perimeter at the closed and tightened system of locking of a door.

Structurally shielding doors consist of a power profile metal frame of a door cloth and elements of door accessories. The door leaf consists of two external visible elements, with filling of internal space between them with heat-insulating material. The door leaf is attached to the frame on four metal curtains. Curtains and special door locks provide a fixed connection of the conductive electromagnetic seal around the perimeter. Shielding doors are made of stainless steel to ensure reliable long-term and stable electrical contact. The design of the door unit provides for the installation of galvanically isolated door handles. Door fittings of well-known European brands are used for the production of door blocks.

They are mounted in specially prepared openings of a wall partition of the screened premise.

The main technical characteristics of single-leaf door units

At the request of the Customer, a version of the non-standard single-leaf door block, both on width and on height, without additional surcharges is possible.

The elements are covered with powder paints, sintering method. The coating is characterized by surface hardness, does not contribute to the formation of microcracks and the generation of microparticles from the working surface. The color of the coating can be selected according to the RAL colors for powder paint.
