Air shower, serves for reliable removal of particles of residual pollution from overalls of personnel. An air shower is installed between the changing rooms and the clean room of high cleanliness. They are used for the needs of different types of manufacturing plants, different types of laboratories and various health care facilities.

Air showers are designed to remove dust particles from staff clothing with high-speed purified air jets and reduce the likelihood of them entering a clean room.

The air shower consists of the case, two (or more) door blocks, special automatic equipment, pressure fans, filter modules, a false floor, additional accessories and elements of fastening and a frame. Automation of an air shower provides indication of work and electromechanical blocking from simultaneous opening of door blocks. Structural units are designed in a hygienic design, do not have sharp corners, grooves, recesses, i.e. do not contribute to the accumulation of dust, harmful particles and bacteria.

Production of an air shower provides selection from the wide range of the sizes and is carried out individually to needs of the Customer.

An air shower is installed in the complex with the rest of the clean rooms.

The joints between the individual elements are additionally sealed with a silicone-based sealant with guaranteed quality.
