The introduction of air and its recirculation, smoke removal and exhaust to shielded server rooms is performed through filters of air ducts made on cross-border waveguides. They are calculated and manufactured in accordance with the minimum length of the electromagnetic wave to be shielded. Air duct filters consist of a flange attached to the screen and individual elements corresponding to steel pipes (calculated cross-section and length), which are assembled by welding into a single structure. To ensure galvanic isolation, the connection to external air ducts is made through special dielectric inserts.

They are mounted in specially prepared holes in the wall partition of the shielded room.

The main technical characteristics of ventilation grilles

The elements are covered with powder paints, sintering method. The coating is characterized by surface hardness, does not contribute to the formation of microcracks and the generation of microparticles from the working surface. The color of the coating can be selected according to the RAL colors for powder paint.
