Transmission gateway with blowing from VCS
The transmission gateway with the blowing of the working chamber, from the ventilation and air conditioning system (hereinafter VCS) is a stationary device used for the transmission and removal of residual contaminants from the materials. It prevents unwanted direct air flow between adjacent rooms. They are used for the needs of different types of manufacturing plants, different types of laboratories and various health care facilities.
The transmission gateway with blowing, from VCS, consists of the case, two (or more) door blocks, with special automatic equipment, the filtering module, additional accessories and fastening and framing elements. The door blocks of the transmitting gateway are equipped with windows to monitor the internal space of the working chamber. Automation of the gateway provides indication of work and electromechanical blocking from simultaneous opening of door blocks. Structural units are designed in a hygienic design, do not have sharp corners, grooves, recesses, i.e. do not contribute to the accumulation of dust, harmful particles and bacteria.
Production of the transfer gateway with blowing, from VCS, provides selection from the wide range of the sizes and is carried out individually to needs of the Customer.
Transmission gateways with blowing, from VCS, in any types of wall designs are mounted. For proper operation it is necessary to supply a constant power supply.
The joints of the elements are additionally sealed with a silicone-based sealant with guaranteed quality.

The elements are covered with powder paints, sintering method. Coatings characterized by superficial hardness, resistance to treatment disinfecting solutions, is not conducive to the formation of microcracks and the generation of particulate from the working surface. The color of the coating can be selected according to the RAL colors for powder paint.
